A neighborhood bar is only as good as the people behind it, and at House of Hayden the crew is a big part of why people keep coming back. Ask around and you will hear the same thing again and again: the bartenders are friendly and make everyone feel welcome, whether you have been a regular for years or you just walked in off 1st Street for the first time.

Behind the Bar

The crew keeps the drinks moving from noon to 2 a.m., seven days a week. They pour the drinks, keep an eye on the pool table and jukebox, and keep the room the kind of easygoing place where a first-timer can sit down and feel at home. Tell them what you like and they will take care of the rest.

How to Fit Right In

  • Bring cash – House of Hayden is cash only.
  • Put your name up for the pool table and play the winner.
  • Treat the crew and the room with respect, and tip your bartender.
